CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
A written or emailed notification of cancellation request must be received seven days prior to the start date of your camp session (i.e. Session I start date is June 5; cancellation request must be received by May 29 at midnight). A $25 administrative processing fee will be deducted from all cancellation requests. Processing fee associated with Oasys Sports Registration will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS THAT DO NOT ARRIVE SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO START DATE OR “NO SHOWS” WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

All refunds will be processed through Mustang Volleyball Camps.
  1. If you registered online, you will be issued a refund check (minus the $25 processing and online fee).
  2. If you mailed your registration, you will be issued a refund check (minus the $25 processing fee).
CHECKS

If paying by check, please make checks payable to Mount Mercy Volleyball. Send checks to: Deb Marlin / Mount Mercy University / 1330 Elmhurst Drive NE / Cedar Rapids, IA 52402
NOTE: If a camp session is on a waitlist; we do ask that you respect the level of interest that others have and get payment sent immidiately following registration.
If check is not received within 2 weeks of regisration, the registrant will be removed from the active roster so that we may add those others who would also like to participate.
